Transporters beware!!!
these guys don't want to pay there Transporters nothing. and they even lower there prices on Friday hoping you will be desperate over the weekend and book one of there units. Customer service is also a joke.. good luck getting them on the phone
If you're a dealer, don't use. Seems all the high 5-star reviews are consumers. Stick with Central dispatch.
A+ Experience and this is coming from a natural skeptic. I found the vehicle I wanted to purchase on the East Coast. I live in Texas. I sorted through lots of potential Auto Transport companies but reviews as typical were all over the place. I understood that each customers experience is real according to their circumstance and natural disposition. I figured I would give a dealership a call to check who they shipped cars through. I spoke to a salesman at our closet Auto Nation Inc Dealership the largest car dealership group in the U.S. He told me CarsArrive as a good carrier because that's the company that coordinate shipping their vehicles. I spoke to a awesome sale rep at CarsArrive and days later an awesome customer service rep based in their Arizona office. They eased my mind about shipping my vehicle. I scheduled delivery and the vehicle arrived 2 days early in great shape without any issues. The truck driver was also awesome. I would highly recommend CarsArrive. Special Thanks to C&V.
Absolutely wonderful organization to work with. I was kept abreast of every detail and everything that was promised was delivered. Driver was courteous and professional as well. Received actual PHONE CALLS to let me know what to expect and when. Aaron was so very helpful and accessible. I haven't experienced customer service on that level in a long time. And - car arrived perfectly as well. Definitely recommend CarsArrive.
Fantastic service!!!! I highly recommend this transport company. My husband was working in Utah and got sick. I needed to have his truck transported back to PA through the holidays. Several companies I called said there was just no way. CarsArrive picked up the truck the very next day. Truck was delivered to back to PA without any problems. They kept me updated as to where the truck was at each terminal. Also, I thought the price I paid for the transport was fair for the distance it had to travel. So thankful for this company taking care of transporting my husband's truck for me.
As i needed to ship my car from Colorado to Los Angeles there were a TON of companies to choose from. I am so glad i chose CarsArrive. Their customer service was simply 5 stars. Every time i contacted their customer service or sales teams they were always available and nailed the service perfectly. After submitting payment we had a company scheduled to pick up the car within 24 hours. They arrive early and delivered a day early. We couldn't have been more pleased. The car was delivered to a very busy LA area and the driver took my son with him in the delivery truck to find a suitable 'delivery' spot with enough room to unload. If i ever need to move another vehicle, this is the only company i'd consider. For this large of a move, the effort it took me was simply comical and so easy! They did everything for me and delivered on every commitment they made. Super customer service and availability to answer questions.
CarrsArrive were hired by my moving company to move my car from Pennsylvania to Florida. Very professional, and highly responsive customer care. Their representative called me almost 6 times just to update me on anything, and was very responsive to my emails. The car arrived in good condition, no scratches and mileage the same at pickup. My only complaint with the move is that they took so so long. My moving company packed, moved, and unpacked my house in 5 days. CarrsArrive took 12 days just to move my car. When I asked why its taking so long they said drivers are busy and so on, generic excuses. They had initially told me that im on a good "moving route" so they expect the move not to take long, and around 8 days. Will I hire them again? No, they took too long and I was left without a car for so long in a new city. They charged $1,140 for a 900 mile, 14 hour drive, which took them 12 days.
Did a great job for me. After comparing several carriers, I found CarsArrive to have a very good price and commitment to getting our car shipped. Pickup went as expected, delivery was earlier than scheduled, communication was consistent, price was very good. Car arrived fine with no concerns. Highly recommended.
